Developed to run in ultra fast cycles, the automation cell for cutlery and similar products can work with total cycles of injection around 4.0 seconds, with extraction times between 0.7 and 1.0 second, depending on the product to be handled.
It has steel pipe profile, extremely strong, an arm and end-of-arm tool built in aluminum and/or carbon fiber, combining strength and lightness, which allows accelerations around 5g (almost 50m/s²).
With precise movements, it guarantees the extraction and stacking of pieces in an agile and safe way, reducing the manpower and allowing to extract the maximum performance of injection / mold / robot assembly. The equipment also comes with conveyor belt for products and protection fairing, according to safety parameters, which turns the automation cell complete.
